GliM may be a goblin, but he's also an artist and traveler. A traveler who draws as he explores new lands. Alas, GliM does not record in writing anything about what he illustrates. This is where YOU come in. Use any real or fantasy language that you feel suits the images provided so that the portfolio reinforces the creation of your fantasy world. Images of maps, terrain, artifacts, and potion bottles await your creativity as you describe each one, giving them purpose and meaning. The portfolio is the perfect scaffold to help you build a home-brew universe. All image provided are hand drawn and painted and are family friendly -but what you draw yourself will depend on your players and storyline. The goal of GliM's first portfolio book is to inspire the imagination and to help those with fantastic world building ideas (but maybe not great art skills). This paperback pairs with "GliM's Unnamed Lands BLANK JOURNAL" where there are numerous blank portfolio pages within the book for you to write your backstory, explain cultures and races, define magic rules, set up conflicts, define objectives, draw your own images or maps, develop plot lines, or add anything else you feel would enhance your story telling. There are special blank 'spell' and 'character' sheet sections as well as 'adventure' summary' pages so you can review and accurately continue your game when next your players meet. Glim has already produced a book of interchangeable dungeon tiles (Dungeon Master Copy: dungeons) and this portfolio would seamlessly merge with that volume as they were both created from the imagination of GliM. GliM does not promise that you would consistently roll 20s if you acquired his books, but he would put in a good word on your behalf to any forces with that power.
